The Healing Pool on this page has provided a safe place for over 500 individuals, 21 critters and 21 new angels to make their adjustments in peace and serenity. This wellspring of abundant healing has now overflowed into an additional pool with a mystical fountain at its centre. The ripples of energy continue to pulsate through both pools and to all who visit, but all new names will be added to the Fountain Pool.

With its roots in the Water and its Face to the Sun, it is the
Flower that was the Beginning, the glorious Lily of the Great Waters,
the Womb of the World, the Great Yoni, the Circle of Life, symbolizing
Creation, Renewal and Immortality. The chakras are depicted as
lotuses, sacred vessels, cosmic wheels of manifestation,
spiritual unfolding, opening to the light.

J.C. Cooper says, the Lotus "is the cosmic rising from the pre-cosmic chaos,
the Flower of Light, the result of the interaction of the great creative forces
of the fire of the Sun and the Lunar power of the Waters...it symbolizes
Spirit and Matter as Fire and Water, the source of all existence
...the passive aspect of manifestation, the procreative power of eternal
substance, the unfolding of all possibilities, eternal regeneration,
superhuman origin, purity, beauty, longevity, health, peace,
harmony, union, spiritual grace, feminine genius,
perfection, Summer, the Round of Existence,

Lotus: Lily of the Great Waters, Flower of Light, Renewal and Immortality

Sacred to Buddha who is manifest as a flame issuing from a lotus,
the Jewel in the Lotus of which Buddha is the Heart.

Sacred to Horus, as pure lotus, issue of the field of the Sun,
the Fire of Intelligence.

Lotus is the Solar matrix, throne of Brahma (born of the lotus).
It is the Solar emblem of Surya and Vishnu, and also a Lunar symbol
of Sri Lakshmi or Padma. The lotus on the threshold of a temple signifies
the dwelling place of Divinity and the purity required of the devotee.

The Lotus also represents Past, Present and Future, since the same plant
bears buds, flowers and seeds at the same time."
